The Year started off with the magnificent comeback of UP10TION with their newest mini-album “Novella” and their title track “Crazy About You“, after 6 months from their last work “Connection”, which brought the single “Spin-Off”. “Novella” was released last Monday (3), together with the title track that gained a music video that – we will be honest – is amazing.

In an interview with K4US, the boys explained that “Crazy About You” is: “a song with a desire to remember and feel the missing memories and moments spent together with your loved person after a breakup, realizing the emotions that we even knew we had and wanting to come back to that time.”

“Novella” is composed for 6 songs: “Give Love”, “Crazy About You”, “Pandora”, “Incredible”, “Fall” e “Sad Ending”. Sunyoul really wants to know what the Brazilian fans thought of all the tracks, while Gyujin and Xiao are more curious about the reactions to “Fall”. Kuhn was excited for “Incredible”, BIT-TO for “Pandora” and Hwanhee for “Give Love”.

The album takes the name in Spanish for “soap opera” and, as there is a certain similarity between Brazilian soap operas and K-Dramas (roughly a mixture of series and soap opera), the boys took the opportunity to tell us what their favorite South Korean productions are.

Kuhn: “Crash Landing On You”. It’s a drama that I watched relatively recently, with actors that I like and the story is funny.
Kogyeol: I watched “Squid Game” these days.
BIT-TO: Mine is “Vincenzo“. It’s super cool.
Gyujin: It’s “High Kick!“. I like it because it makes me laugh just by looking at it!!
Hwanhee: The drama “One Ordinary Day” that I watched recently was fun. Hm… I really like dramas! There was an emptiness that I felt for the first time in the last episode. I recommend that you watch and enjoy it very much!
Xiao: I haven’t watched a lot of dramas these days. But the drama called “Immortal Souls” started and I thought that it would be fun. “Immortal Souls”!
Sunyoul: My favorite drama changes from time to time, but right now I like the drama “One Spring Night”.
